- ✓Burst pipes and leaks you cannot stop at the stopcock
- ✓No heating or hot water when it is cold and someone vulnerable is home
- ✓Toilets that will not flush and only one WC in the house
- ✓Blocked kitchen sink backing up into the room
- ✓Water coming through a ceiling from upstairs
- ✓Dripping taps, slow drains and bathroom refreshes — book a normal visit
What happens when you call
1You speak to Tom
No call centre. Tell me the postcode, what is happening, and whether you have turned the stopcock off. Photos help if you can send them safely.
2I give you a straight ETA
Nights and weekends cost more — I say that upfront. If it can wait until morning without damage, I will tell you and save you the fee.
3Make safe, then fix properly
Isolate the leak, protect your floors, then repair or temporarily patch so you can use the house. Permanent fix quoted before I drill into walls.
4Paperwork and payment
Card or bank transfer on site. You get a written note of what was done — handy for insurers if it was storm or accidental damage.
